Reiki Treatment (TOP)

Reiki is a Japanese word which translates as Universal Energy, which is the spirit or Essence of Life. Reiki is also known as a Healing System, a gentle yet powerful technique to access Life Force for the purpose of bringing balance to all areas of your life.

When Reiki is practiced, this life force penetrates every cell in your being, bringing about a deep relaxation to your mind and body. This promotes the perfect medium for the body's own natural ability to heal. Reiki works directly on the root causes of any stress, discomfort or disease, expanding your awareness to what is underlying these symptoms.

Reiki brings balance to your life on all levels; physical, emotional and spiritual. Reiki has a simplicity about it which makes it a unique method of healing. It can be safely used in conjunction with any other treatment modality and compliments them all, whether conventional or alternative.

Some benefits of Reiki include:

Spiritual Cinema Circle (TOP)

Once a month we screen a DVD from the Spiritual Cinema Circle. The Spiritual Cinema Circle aims to provide movies that open the heart, inspire the soul and awaken the mind.

The movies can vary in duration from ten minutes to two hours. They are made by specialist movie makers and do not have gratuitous content like many of those in current popular culture. They are aimed at those wishing to view content which either has a message, moral meaning, is humorous in nature, or is more spiritually motivated. The movies screened are both inspirational and visionary. They may make you laugh, they may make you cry, they can inspire you, heal you and transform your life.

The evenings usually commence at 6.30pm and finish around 9.30 pm.

The venue has a purpose built 2.8m screen for easy and enjoyable viewing!

We ask you to bring a plate for all to share, and although there in no entry fee, your donation towards the cost of the movies is appreciated.

Personal Coaching (TOP)

Personal coaching is a one-to-one consultation to assist in making life changes. A coach helps to clarify your goals, develop the behaviours and attitudes to achieve those goals, and focus energy in the direction of achievement.

You get to know yourself more and have a greater realisation of your core strengths. You feel more in charge of your life as you make choices that affect your life for the better.

A personal coach can help you improve every area of your life, health, financial well-being, spiritual growth and developing skills for living life more fully and confidently.

Spiritual Guidance and/or Angel Card Reading (TOP)

A Spiritual Guidance and/or Angel Card Reading can assist you in finding direction and purpose in your life. Your reading can also give an answer or help give insight on a particular issue. However, you can have a reading just to allow your angels to connect with you.   Messages are received intuitively and passed on with love and light. 

Your reading may take many forms and each reading is very individual. If you have a particular issue in mind for your reading, you may choose to either discuss it at the start of the reading, or you may choose to wait and see what the reading brings up for you.

Your reading may use different types of angel cards. Having a reading can sometimes open up a whole new world for you and allows you to connect with the angels to assist you on your future path.

Carol’s readings use a variety of methods to connect with the angelic realm.  Messages are received intuitively and are passed on with love and light.  She uses beautiful goddess tarot and oracle cards that assist in delivering uplifting messages that are guided through the divine spirit and the angels.  Her messages are positive and uplifting, and bring a wonderful clarity and divine guidance.

Meditation Group (TOP)

You are welcome to join Carol for our weekly guided meditation evening, held each Monday commencing at 7.00pm.  This is a get-together of like-minded souls and we have a lot of fun.  As well as meditation, it is an excellent opportunity for discussion with the other members of the group.

This year there will be a slight change to our meditation evenings in that we will now have two levels of meditation.  On our first meditation evening for the year, we will continue with our beautiful guided meditations and then on each alternate Monday evening, we will have more advanced meditations.  This is for those who wish to go explore meditation on a deeper level.  The evenings will rotate between the two levels.

Meditation allows us to experience happiness, inner peace and spiritual growth.
